Woodhouse WinesJohn Woodhouse is more commonly linked with Apple City Tours. But for the past seven years, bus driving has been complemented with the adventures of becoming a vigneron. Woodhouse Wines are grown at an altitude of 860 metres on the picturesque northern slopes of Mt Canobolas. It specialises in cool climate dryland Cabernet Sauvignon blended with local Merlot, which are hand picked and pruned.
